Skating Programs
CN Hockey offers a variety of programs designed to enhance players’ skills, improve performance, and provide exciting opportunities for competition. Whether you’re looking to develop specific techniques, join competitive teams, or enjoy casual practice sessions, our programs offer something for everyone.
Hockey Skills Training
Our Hockey Skills program focuses on both offensive and defensive tactics to help players enhance their overall abilities and game awareness. Players will develop the tools necessary to perform under pressure, refine their positioning, and contribute effectively to both ends of the ice.
Power Edge Training
Instructor: Julie Conrad
This program focuses on improving power, edge control, smooth transitions, and precise body positioning. Skaters will develop better balance, explosive movement, and refined agility on the ice. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, Power Edge Training will take your skills to the next level.
